At Brenham Goods & Apparel, we wear our pride on our sleeves — literally — and in every jar, bottle, and good we create. We’re more than a t-shirt company; we’re three friends and co-founders with a shared love for Brenham’s spirit, culture, and community, and a knack for making things people can’t wait to take home.

How It All Started
It began on a trip to Maine, when we (Tracy, Wendy, and Tricia) found ourselves wondering why we didn’t see more t-shirts and caps proudly bearing the Brenham name. Back home, we hunted for designs that felt like “us” — stylish, meaningful, and unmistakably Brenham — and came up short. So, we decided to make them ourselves. That spark grew into Brenham Goods & Apparel.
More Than Just Shirts
From the very beginning, it wasn’t just about apparel. Wendy, our resident kitchen magician, was already making small-batch vanilla extract so good we knew it had to be part of what we offered. That one product led to a whole line under the name Brenham Better: Espresso Martini Mixer, rich vanilla, silky vanilla paste, festive Christmas jam and more. Each one is crafted in Brenham with premium ingredients and the kind of care you can taste.

Brenham Better was born in in the Brenham Goods kitchen, thanks to co-founder Wendy Campbell’s uncanny knack for turning “that’s good” into “oh wow, that’s amazing.”  Around here, “okay” just doesn’t cut it — if it’s not something we’d proudly serve at our own table, it doesn’t make it to yours.

It started simply, with Wendy perfecting small-batch vanilla extract from beans sourced around the globe. Then came the rich Espresso Martini Mixer, vanilla paste, fragrant vanilla sugar, festive Christmas jam, and more — each made by hand in Brenham, with the kind of care you can taste.

The name? We kept coming back to what we wanted these products to be: better. Better ingredients. Better flavor. Better than anything you’ll find on a store shelf. That’s Brenham Better — for your kitchen, your cocktails, and your gifting game.
